Need help to build a good diet

Hey guys I'm new on here, and I would like to start a cycle soon, but I want to make sure my diet is top notch before I start. I weigh a lean 190-195 lbs, and would like to start my cycle when I get to 200 lbs. I'm 22, and am 6"1 and have been working out for about 5 years now. At the moment I eat well, and multiple times a day, but I don't count calories or anything, but I would like to get serious about it, since I have been reading that diets need to be very precise.

Sorry I didn't see the diet section, I'm not familiar with the site. And how would you know me? I don't have a picture or anything. (By the way if you can tell me how to post one I'd appreciate it, thanks).

the diet forum is down the page further towards the bottom

and to post a pic just right click on the pic, select copy image location, then at the top of the post box(what i'm in now), you will see a row of icons like bold, italics, etc..., click the 3rd one from the right on the second row(looks like a mountain and sun) then paste the image location there and voila
