Above is my intro post. As you can see, I went in and got a hernia operation, boo hoo... whatever.
I had ordered a bottle of clen (40mcg X 100) with the intention of doing some cutting to go along with packing some mass on. I had about 12 weeks before I was going to move (back home to the good ol USA) and wanted to max out on changes to myself. Well, mother nature intervened, and hernia happened.
So, I got this bottle of clen. My surgery worked out fine, but the docs are telling me 2 months, no lifting, cardio OK. Well, my mass routine will have to wait. Gives me a chance to accomplish another goal. To shred up a bit.

5'10" 205 (post OP put 10 lb on me)
I have cleaned my diet out nearly completely as a result of my intro post and members recommendations. Obviously, I am going to have to adjust my diet to make up for the lack of weight training.
I am planning on hitting 1g/lb CHON, then fibre based carbs + no refined carbs and some EFA based fats.
The training is this...
AM one hour at 140BPM heartrate
PM jog/walk 30 minutes. (trying to get up to 30 min sustained (or a 5k)
I have experience with ECA. I found the headaches, jitters and sleep loss to be on the verge of "not worth it for me".. When I heard and found out about the possible lower sides of clen, it seemed like an interesting option.
So the clen will look like this
6 weeks
week one, build up to 120mcg/day
week two same (if needing more or less, with adjustment)
week 3, run with diphenhydramine
week 4 same as 2
week 5 same as 2
week 6 as above, with diphenhydramine as needed for sleep
And, I am already a week in.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ECA AND CLEN
After this week, I can say that the jitters are 1/10 that of the ECA. I have had zero heart flutters, palpitations, etc. I think that 120mcg is a good dose for me. I sleep OK. (consuming 1/3 of the daily dose every hour or so until last dose at noon).... I have been waking up a little earlier than usual. I am pretty sweaty all day (not unbearably, but it is there) and at night.. I put a terry cloth towel over my pillow so it doesn't get "wet". I am down to 200 from 205 in a week. Also, unlike ECA, my appetite is not really suppressed. And no hair standing up, and my junk doesn't seem to be suffering from "shrinkage" as in, jump in a cold swimming pool shrinkage like it did under ECA...
**I am doing this at the same time as starting a cardio program, so my newb gains may become evident here**
The diet is going great. I have not eaten a refined carb in a week. People are commenting already on how good I look. (Maybe I just feel better 1 month post -op and all the runner's high)
I am not sure if this log will interest anyone.. Maybe a look at the non weight training effect of clen? Anyways, so far, I love it. Not sure if ECA was just wrong for me, or if I had the wrong dose, but clen seems much more body friendly to me, IMHO.
