    Puffy nipples never cycled BF

    Im 21 yrs old and I have never ran a cycle before. I have always had puffle nipples ever since I can remember. Im pretty sure I don't have gyno. I don't have sore itchy nipples but they are puffy. I have acess to nolvadex and was wondering if I should run a cycle and also the dosage if I decide to. I'm 5'11 170lbs with 10% body fat.
