Thread: Which should I use?

    Which should I use?

    Right now I have 1500mg Trebolone E, 2500mg Deca, and 5000mg Test E.

Any advice on what would be the best combo to use and how many weeks, how many mgs per week, etc. I'm looking for more lean mass, so would Tren and Test be the best? I'm thinking 5 weeks would be the longest I could do on that because I would want to take at least 300mg Tren a week.

    Thanks for any advice.

I'm hoping to gain weight, but not get a bloated, smooth look.
My diet is fine. Like I said, I have been training for 5 years. I know that's not that long compared to a lot of you guys on here, but its enough to know my own body. My diet is fine. I could eat a meal at McDonalds 8 times a day and not lift and I would not get a pound over 160. When I first started lifting, I gained about 10 pounds, but then I stopped gaining weight, but my strength just kept increasing. Never have been over 160lbs, but I hope to be after this cycle.

If there's any other info that would help, let me know

if you think your diet is fine, you're wasting your time and ours. regardless of what steroids you take you will remain small.

Well I know my diet is fine, half my friends are personal trainers and I talked to a dietitian in the past through a friend. I guess I'll just wing it and see what happens since no one can give me any advice. I'll post back my results in a few weeks

Are you a f*cking idiot? I'm sorry but 155...... And friends are personal trainers? Sorry then your friends are F*cking idiots as well because at 155 and 5'10... YOU NEED A BETTER DIET. POST THAT SH*T UP. Guarantee it's garbage.......... Don't be an idiot and just jump on sh*t..............

I used to be 160 at 5'6... And couldn't break it.... I ate w.e I wanted when I wanted.... Mcdonalds all that bullshit is GARBAGE. You need healthy carbs/fat/protein's... Currently 180lbs at 5'6. Don't say you can't gain weight. You need to eat the right sh*t.

OMG AND 2nd cycle? Do you not see anything wrong here dude? Research more.......... I'm sorry.... this is a joke....

I recommend you use a better diet.

Since you're obviously goping to do a cycle w/o improving your diet, at the very least you should put away that tren. I'm no expert, but tren is a very very strong compound and it is definitely not for your 2nd cycle.

These guys on this site are willing to be very helpful, but they will not do all the thinking for you. Do some research and come back with some reasonable questions. And when people as you a question, don't come back with a snide remark. These guys know what they are talking about. If your diet was actually in order you would be able to post it in about 5 seconds.

You should know you BMR. From that you should be able to calculate you caloric needs based on your goals. You should have some idea of the split you want in your diet and the macros you need to take in to achieve that. When you post these things, folks will miraculously become helpful.

If people ask what your diet is, and your answer is, "My diet is fine. I could eat a meal at McDonalds 8 times a day and not lift and I would not get a pound over 160" it is clear evidence that you have no idea what a proper diet is. I also could eat at mcdonalds 8 times a day and not gain weight. But I can gain 5 lbs of muscle a month with the proper diet that these guys helped me to formulate.

If you know your diet is fine, prove it. Or keep acting like a know-it-all jerk and see how far that gets you.
