I have a question on cardio i went and bought a recruitment bike, im looking to burn some fat, what type of time do i have to get on this thing for actual improvements?
like 3-5 days a week for like an hour?
im 5'9" 175 i use to be 195 solid but my work and kids have kept me out of the gym for 3 yrs im going to the gym 5 days a wk but am going to do the cadio at home.
