first and foremost i'm not gonna lie and say that i know anything about what ive recently been considering doing by way of injection.....im not a know it all ..that being said.....im trying to be like a sponge and absorb all the useful information being posted in this forum......
Im a 30 year old male 5'8 210lbs round about 16 % bf.....ive been athletic just about all my life with about 3 years of decent weight training prior to 2006 when i tore most ligaments in my left knee.....at that point in time i was about 185 lbs and about 9 %bf.......ive recently been hitting he weights pretty hard for about half a year now with about 45 min of cardio and an hour of weights most often about 7 days a week.........
im very curious and very serious about this forum and what it stands for........let the bashing begin ------------
