well i am 22 turning 23 soon, 6 foot 4 and 180lbs 14%bf. I've always found it east to lose weight, but a real hard gainer. My goals are to gain lean hard muscle, with lil amount of fat. Edited Anyway my diets fluctuate every 2-3 months to keep my body guessing. right now i eat 4,500-5,500 cals a day consisting of 60% carbs 30% protien and 10% fats, and switch to 4,000-5,000 cals a day 45% carbs, 40%protien, 15% fats after 3 weeks and do that for 2 weeks. I workout monday as chest and tri's, tuseday back and bi's, wed=off, thursday dealts and traps, friday legs and long cardio, satuday=off, sunday=off. I do ab's every third day. My sets are always 4, and reps always 15,12,10,8. Unless i got more in the tank i keep going. i do 3-4 exercises per body part. any and all advice would be helpful. thanks.

This time i'd like to be able to use all features and make a some friends, chat it up and get some feedback on area's i may need to change in my diet, workouts, and such.

welcome bro, id definitely do soem research on your workouts. i personally think that any workout that is set at 12,10,8,6 or whatever reps is garbage. as your getting stronger your body is changin so your workout needs to change too. personally i love the westide for skinny bastards routine where u have a repetition day for upper and lower body, and a max effort day for both as well. check it out http://www.elitefts.com/ws4sb/WS4SB.pdf

lol no no i meant that a workout that prescribes you a certain number of reps like 12 and doesnt change over the course of time is garbage. i want my program to take pages to get thru, ideally switching up exc or repetitions every week. unless im just looking to switch it up for a month or so then ill consider somethin just slapped on a single page. try this link for the westside.. http://www.defrancostraining.com/articles.html
u pick an excercise from each category and do it for 2 weeks then switch. read thru it, its fully explained. if you dont know who joe defranco is look him up on youtube or google as well. hope that helps
