Hi Everyone, great forum. tried to find an answer to my specific question but no luck so far.
I am 49 years old and have about 30% fat maybe less, I don't really know how to measure it. just curious to know if I should continue to take the supplements. I am taking Myogenix Hyper Shock before workout and After Shock after workout. I workout set of muscles everyday for an hour,
Day1-Shoulders and Traps
Day2-Back and Biceps
Day3-Legs
Day4-Chest and Triceps
I was wondering, if body fat can work as a muscle gaining supplement, I’ve been lifting weights for about 4 months now, gain some muscles where it shows but have not noticed any fat loss! I still weigh the same though. When you workout and loss fat, does your muscle benefit or the fat just burns away?
