Hi everyone,
I have just started looking into using steriods to bulkup.
I have lost a lot of weight due to eating less and exercising more.
I weigh 12 stone at 6 foot 2 inches for my height.
I'm 25 years old soon to be 26.
I want to get to my target weight of around 13 stone, I am more looking for well defined muscles than massive growth.
As for excercise, I do some climbing, walking, boxing, and a routine of press ups, sit ups etc...
Can you please advise me on what product I should be looking at or wether I should just do more exercise.
