Just thought id put the feelers out as Im knew to the Body Building Scene, Im currently 15 and a half stone id love to say its all muscle but it aint !!Im looking to turn my fat into muscle im training hard now and considering taking Sus 250Mg to help me out . i currently take Protein and Creatine Shakes but I need some expert advise can anyone help ??
i am fairly stocky and have size to me but not enough at all .Please Help anything else you can advise for max gains ive heard of decca & Test would these be better ??
