    Question Site pinning work?

Should I continue pinning my backside or does site pinning work better, such as hitting my quads, delts, tris, etc...thanks again for any advice or help you can give.

You should always try to rotate sites, epecially when your're pinning more than 2x per week.

site pinning for growth is a myth. If that worked, my ass would be the size of a house...lolol

You want at least 6 days in between hitting the same site to prevent scar tissue build up

I rotate between my glutes and quads. I find these sites less painful and it reduces the chance for scar tissue forming.

You sound reluctant to try other sites. I swap needles after drawing, just remember to push air out til you see oil on needle. Goes in much easier and small cost.
