Hey guys, new hear.
Im going to start a small cycle of winny and T3. Ive used them before so dont worryi know how to take them. my questions are more for the nutrition end. I'm trying to shed fat fast, my diet is great, and set for cutting.
Any tips for diet on this cycle? and should anything be changed for diet to maximise results. 1 main question is water: i take in about a gallon a day sometimes more. i once heard rumor to lesson water intake on t3 cycles but that sounds bizar.
any helpful input would be great, please no rude coments. Thanx.
p.s. im not a body builder, I fight train and am just looking to drop bodyfat.
