well ive decided that im going to try t-bol. ive done some research on it and think it would be best for me... im 5'9 about 138 and really need to put on major muscle for basketball this season since im undersized.. ive been taking creatine and monster milk and have got small slow gains and im just looking to speed up the process and get bigger gains! so my question is what would be a safe amount of t-bol to take and should i stack will my monster milk too so i could gain more mass? plz help..
