Best way to take sust...

I got 40ccs of sust , 40ccs of eq, and 40ccs of tren (homebrew)

my goal is to take 1g of sust a week, 800mgs of eq a week and 300mgs of tren a week

whats the best way to shoot sust...i know people are always conflicting

i was just gonna make it easy and go 2cc mon, and 2cc thurs, but then i have tren...

so i was just thinking of doing everything Mon weds friday..skipping the weekends...

or do i have to do the EOD including weekends/?

my concern is mainly gettin the best of using the sust "properly"
