Sust 250

Hi Bros! I was given Sust 250 for trt reasons and recovery from workouts , I'm a cyclist btw... 1 injection every 3 weeks according to the script... I was reading that it's best to have consistent T levels to avoid peaks and valleys... I already had my first shot of sust 250 and I want to start splitting the dose subsequently... I'm thinking 80mg every 6 days... or 125mg every 10 days... another option I'm contemplating is the use of Androgel 5g daily instead of the sust 250... any advice? btw my test level is 310, I'm 43, 69 kg. I went to the doc cause of symptoms of low libido, fatigue and poor recovery from workouts.

i'm surprised your doc is using Sustanon 250 for TRT. most use cypionate because it has a longer half-life.

if he wants you to stick with Sust 250 then you'll have to pin yourself at least twice a week. most guys pin EOD with Sust 250.

are you on anything right now for TRT?

Ey Zona, well I'm just starting with TRT... this is my first time using test or anything else...so I've been reading around and that's why I'm asking for advice here... I think my doc doesn't know what he's doing... he's just writing the script according to the manufacturer's instructions... but I already put the first injection...so what do I do know? get some cyp? androgel? or split the sust 250... I can get test at the pharmacy here no doc's script needed.

do you have your bloodwork results with ranges available? it would be cool if you could post them so we can get an idea what's going on to help out.

Here's the result from bloodwork :

Total testosterone 3.2 range 3-10.
Total Colesterol 240
PSA .5 range 0-4.7

Didn't have any other hormones checked besides T. Liver, Kidney and blood chemistry all ok.

I'll start androgel and have another bloodwork in 4 weeks...
