    End of Tren-test-dbol cycle

    Me after a tren-test-dbol cycle.

    Stats

    32yo
    188cm
    101kg
    14%bf (a guess)

    Next cycle in 10 weeks looks like its gonna be.

    1-16 Test E 500mg/w
    1-12 Tren E 500mg/w
    1-16 HGH (it will be minimal not sure how much still working on that)
    10-16 Winstrol 80mg/d
    10-11 Clen 140mcg/d (start at 40mcg, increase by 20mcg/d)
    14-15 Clen 160mcg/d (start at 40mcg, increase by 20mcg/d)
    5-16 Hcg 250iu/wx2

    It will be first time using HGH so some feedback would be much appreciated. Can you mix Hgh with Tren for example? Anything missing?

    I would just focus on training and diet for now, How is your PCT going.

    Pct all good. One more week. Nolvadex and clomid. As for training its still going very strong still able to do 190kg bench once but struggled a bit with it tonight. What do you think of the next cycle newjuice?

    how long was your cylce? how long is your pct?

    10 weeks is NOT enough time OFF before you jump back on again
    Time on cycle+ PCT time= Time OFF cylce

    If your gonna bother with HGH, then you should do a minimum of 6 months of it and start it 3 months before you cycle again

    the next cycle is NOT laid out well,
    I would save the clen for PCT
    and if your gonna run winny at the end it should be from week 12 -18, right up to the day before PCT starts

    What IS your planned PCT???

    What is your diet like? No offense, but you don't look like you just did a steroid cycle, i would get your diet looked at in the diet forum and get that straight if you want to make better gains and NOT waste the steroids

    2 years ago i started at 85kg and now im 101kg. Was hoping to be at 110kg. This last cycle the diet and the sleep was pretty bad, i admit that. Diet due to complete supresion of appetite from tren, had to really force myself to eat (that was the only bad side effect from tren) and due to really bad all over the place work hours. I know its no excuse and yes it will be done properly in the next cycle. Sleep was bad due to a 6 month old son who is 9 months now that keeps waking up all night and wants daddy ;-)

    ok well,

    12 week cycle + 5 week PCT = 17 weeks OFF steroids or until you get blood work done to show all your levels are normal

    you can start the HGH anytime, then start your next cycle AFTER you ran 3 months of HGH and continue the HGH throughout your cycle and as long as you want after

    Clen, after cycle is better as it has anti-catabolic effects and will help solidify your gains

    My goal is to get to similar what newjuice is. What cycle would you suggest t-moss? Main problem with this last cycle has been sore joints. The size is far from good but strength has gone right up in this last cycle. Currently my max bench is 190kg up from around 100kg.

    cycle isn't bad, with the revisions,
    I think your biggest concern to make gains will be the proper diet, which constitutes about 85% of gains on or off cycle

    If your joints are bothering you, you can substitute the Tren for Deca as deca will give joint support

    Very hard to do the swap as i just love the strength on tren. But it'll be a while before i start so we'll see. Thanks t-mos.

    Newjuice got a lot of size naturally before adding gear. He had his diet and training right first. I am not bashing you, but he was bigger with no gear then you are coming off this cycle. What i mean is, that if you want to get bigger, the type of gear is not the weak point here.

    Food was the weak link. But still am not to disappointed to go from 85kgs, arms 30cm, chest 104cm to 101kg, arms 40cm, chest 114cm.

    guys please help me with my first stacking cycle of test, deca, & d-bol. im not sure exactly how to stack. should i mix the test & deca in the same pin @ same time or different pins @ same time? thanx for your help.

    No offense bro but you are a looooong ways away from New Juice's level. I echo what T-Mos stated early in this thread. I think focusing on diet and training will render you better results.

    Buddy first off welcome to AR.In the calm words of the virgin mary please don't do all these drugs.There's a lot to be said about someone who has your condition and post such a outrageous cycle.Ever considered on learning how to diet?then once your healthy enough and educated on how your body responds to certain foods,levels of food and training maybe then consider a starter cycle like Test/Deca?I'm completely against gear at this point cause the hard work it takes to get in condition is what caused me to make that choice, it's the work I'm into not the short cuts.Forget about the gear and just get in the gym and train.PLEASE?

    Guys thanks for all the advice and yes i will take a long break from any cycles. And to make things even better I have gotten into contact with a friend who has all his cycles done by a doctor who "helps" quite a few australian athletes get "better". So as for my next cycle it will be done when he says I'm ready and will be on what he recommends. (which for my mate has been test-deca with a good PCT). He has had very good results from just that in his last 2 cycles

    its bad to say but putting on 2.5 stone (35lb) and still looking average shows lack of something.diet,training,rest,concentration.....who knows.but even 10/15lbs of muscle would make a massive difference to the average frame.

    too many people come here looking to be told they are right to do what they want to,its rare they are right.

    listen to your 'friend' and be patient!!!its not easy,but in 5 years time when your still solid and training regular and all your mates are soft you will feel gooooooood!!!!!!!
    thats where i am now,iv never been the biggest,but at 35 im in the best shape compared to my part time steroid lover friends.....

    Dude i know i may still be a virgin to these threads but like the other people have said diet and natural building is the key...A diet is the key to success wether or on the gear or not. Post your diet up in the diet section and let the boys take a gander trust me it will greatly help your gains. From my novice point of view i must also say that your next cycle seems preety extreme to me. Lift weights for the love of lifting weightsss, do a bit more all naturallllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
