Hey All,
This will be my first cycle ever. I just never needed it before. Until I was injured 21 months ago (not lifting related) I maintained 180/10% (+ or -) for decades without any problem ( I am 5' 7".) At my age (64) I'll need "supplementation" to restore the 30 - 35 pounds of muscle mass atrophy that I've experienced.
I have been cleared to start lifting, and it was great to clean the dust off of the power cage and weights. For what it is worth, I have always been a weight lifter (not a BB). My PRs were in the top 10% of any lifters I've ever known. Not world class, of course, but not completely without merit!
I plan the following for my 1st cycle and I would greatly appreciate your comments/advice: (I like brutal honesty!)
