I have never used an AI at all but I hear so many guys that freak out without them.. My nips are just as wee and tight as when I was 18(but bigger)lol
Are AI's really necessary or is it just insurance?

how do you tell if you need it????
well my nips start getting sensitive, and itchy. that's usually when I start running the AI and it takes care of it
^^ what t-mos said....... Running a first cycle I kept it on hand... And my one nipple started to hurt a tad bit..... Been running adex eod. Seems to be in better shape.
can it happen with small doses of T or only does it only happen with high dosing..
it's only the excess that gets converted to E right?
it can happen at any level that is above normal, so yes low dose also.
so it just comes to genetics then?
I don't run AI's and even on tren cycle I didn't need to run caber.
I will be running Propecia next time I run tren because my hair foillices are so weak right now, I litterally grab 5-6 hair strands everytime I run my hand through my hair.
lol that sucks...
Read Gappa.

I read it B4 but went over it again. It's interesting how many different types of gyno there are and how many different ways estrogen sides can manifest themselves
I don't know why you wouldn't run an AI throughout...
Me??? I have never had estrogen related issues at all... MaB a little water retention but even that is minimal..
ONLY IF I NEED TO !! AI's should be used SPARINGLY.. and ONLY when necessary !!!
Lately.. haven't needed em...
Different with everyone I spose
1st Cycle: 250-400mg Sustanon p/w: Nips got a tad sore so dosed 10mg Nolva e/d.
2nd Cycle 500mg Sustanon p/w + 20-30mg Dbol e/d: No Soreness, no problems.
Go figure!!?
