I've heard stories that Supertest 450 is a waste, is that true?

No gear is a waste if its legit and your diet/training is in order
get ready to have your body part to fall off after injectin 1 ml.... just think about how much BA is in it to dissolve 450 mg into 1 ml
no way not a waste!! I loved it man, stacked with deca and had no pain, nothin but results, best cycle i ever did
8 wk cycle:
900mg supertest/wk, 400mg deca/wk. Anadrol 100mgs/ed for 4 wks.
Pct: Nolva/Proviron
Diet:
Meal 1: oatmeal or grits, 8egg whites, 2 whole eggs, some type of meat (sausage, bacon, spam, remember I'm a powerlifter/strongman, LOL!!!), biscuits
meal 2: some kind of fruit combo. Bananas, cottage cheese, applesauce.
meal 3: chicken/rice/vegetables
meal 4 preworkout: shake (big calorie shake) with water because I'm lactose intolerant and it's bad before a workout
meal 5: dinner steak, chicken, pork/rice or potatoes/ vegies
meal 6: shake with milk

why do you want to run an 8 week cycle with two long esters, kinda pointless IMO, deca takes longer to kick in than test enth and around the time it really starts to work it's magic you will be stopping it
pct is weak as well, i would go nolva/clomid/aromasin/hcg, especially if you lengthen the cycle
as far as the diet goes, it could use some serious work, it looks very unbalanced, not much nutrient timing, meal 2 is not even a meal, the preworkout shake should be pre/intraworkout
that's the best i can do without macros
why dont u just half your dose and run lil longer. No sense of doing what u got planned.
i was talking about the test you know. He just needs some more gear man or run longer cycle 8 weeks not even good. I wouldnt do.
I did forget to put in the HCG. My bad. Anyway, most powerlifters I know do short cycles, mainly using Sus 250 at anywhere between 750-1000mgs/wk. I figured 900mg of supertest would be sufficient. And I'm not doing 200mgs of deca/wk but 400mgs, mainly for the joints after the recent surgeries.
As far as my diet is concerned, I'm already large and not really concerned about shedding a lot of bf or gaining a bunch of weight. I'm just mainly concerned with getting enough food in to keep me going.
Thanks for the advice. I'll lengthen the cycle to 12weeks and see how that goes. Thanks again.
