    12:00 " "
    4:00 preworkout shake 2 scoops
    5:00-7:00 workout/cardio
    7:00 protein shake
    7:30 10oz fish, 1-2 cups greens, brown rice/wheat bread 2 slices

we need your bmr and tdee, then we need macros for your meals (pro/fat/cal/carb)....

Whichever of these meals is 1 cup of oats and 5 egg whites is not 50-60 grams of protein. 1 cup of oats and 5 egg whites is around 30 grams of protein bro. Although you don't have to be perfect, it is best to be accurate in order to find out what works for you.
