well guys i took an 8 month break from everything(lifting,eating properly and obviously AAS) due to some things in my life. i have a few questions about my cycle eating and lifting.

6ft.
200lbs
10-12%bf
as you can tell i lost ALOT of mass because i used to be 245lbs 12% when i was in the gym.( stretch marks everywhere!! hahah)
i have started lifting a bit for the last week or so and my question is should i hold off on the cycle that i plan to start june? and lift longer before( 700mg/week for 10weeks test prop 40mg/day dbol for 4 weeks. clomid/nolvadex for pct) if so how much longer? until i hit a platue? ill post diet questions in the proper section. thanks!
