10 Weeks progress into mock contest prep.

I've had no more then my morning oats each day since Thursday for carbohydrates. So 3 days only 54 g carbs in the morning each day I've never gone so low so I'm really flat I kept the carbs low cause I didn't need any carbs I wasn't working or training so no reason to load up but no reason to go keto either.I took a 3 day break as a result of FST-7 it worked to say the least and with harder training comes more rest. For the first time in 10 weeks I took 3 days off from training and cardio my body needed the well deserved rest.I'll do FST-7 with shoulders tomorrow then arms on Monday then I'm done with FST-7 until I'm finished with this mock contest prep.Just needed to shock the body a bit and it worked very well My right lat was really inflammed but I tuffed it out not resorting to NSAIDS which has been studied to counter act the muscle building micro tear healing effect so Ice and heat 3 times a day did the trick.I'll go back to training my normal style smart, concentrated slow and controlled rep cadence not going to failure EVER.Things are going very well at this point.I'm really ripped up with just a few finishing touches to make but the real issue at hand is to tighten up the skin in my lower abdomen.I've never been this lean before so this road block was to be expected. With my last adjustment only 2 weeks in progress I'll continue with that until the 16th week to see if my adjustments worked accordingly, after all I did this to see how I would do my own contest prep if the idea of competing permits itself.Still no color I can barely afford my meals with my car ins renewal and rent in the same week so the tan will have to wait.I took these pics a couple hours ago but didn't shave and didn't carb up but as a little load up teaser I'm gonna do shoulders tomorrow load up on some white rice pre and pwo shave before the gym and take some more pics.

Rite on buddy.Dedication is the fuel for all this success and I've got 6 weeks to fully tighten up my lower abdomen and lower back to make my time frame goal.

Wooow, that's all I can say.
Talk about getting shredded man, holy shit!! PROPS!

What bodyfat percentage would say you're at? That just looks down right sick.
Seriously.. Many top bodybuilders don't come in at this condition and they still win, that got to be one of the most ripped up people i've ever seen, including pictures. You look like a less muscular and taller Rick Gaspari (look him up).

Thanks a lot brother..Look him up?He's one of the biggest household names in bodybuilding I'm up on the bb game you can't tell.lol...Rich Gaspari was straight up vascular man,the only thing he was missing was a cape with a big V on it.For someone to even put my name in the same sentence with his or associate me with him in the slightest is a mile stone in my eyes you just made my week bro thanks!!!.I still have 6 weeks to get even tighter and I will.I already see my oblique inner costals pulling the skin thighter into my lower abs which means the switch from slow carbs to fast carbs for the 1 day along with my cardio adjustments 3 days rest and the FST-7 TRAINING has served it's purpose in spades.I'll stick to my guns with the adjustments for the final 6 weeks and if I like what I see I'm gonna choose an amateur show early 2010.And this contest prep simulation will have served it's purpose eliminating any guess work on the what, when's ,how's of a contest prep that work's for my pre programmed matabolism and activity level. It's all a science and this is what's gonna make competing that much smoother rather then listening to all the so called guru's out there.I've gotten tighter then I ever imagined and haven't taken my carbs less then 52 grams a day on non training days. There's guy's competing at 280 that don't go any lower then 100g carbs through out there whole prep.So for me to be 170lbs and still taking in 52g or more a day is pretty good to say the least. On my training days I'm eating 101.5g carbs go figure.
