Just want to say hello to everyone on the forum. I been doing some reading on the forum and decided to go ahead and join. I havent trained in a while due to a back surgery. I just recently joined a gym and got me a membership for a year so I am ready to go. Currently just training 3x per week and eating 7-8 meals per day. I learned the hard way and never consumed the food I needed to grow. To me its 80% food 20% training. I am not interested in any prohormones for now. Just here to educate myself more, make some friends, and to keep myself motivated. Current stats are 5'10" @ 185lbs and looking to get to about 205.
