Hi guys I've been reading through the forum and there is some really useful stuff on here :-)
I've only just left the army so obviously I'm quite inexperienced with weight training as its been mostly cardio work, but now I've left and I don't box anymore I don't care about how physically fit I am lol, just want a good bod :-P as you can see from the picture I'm carrying a fair whack of fat... I don't want to get huge but I also don't want to lose size if thats possible??

So any suggestions on a good programme and diet/supplements would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to do it naturally but will consider steroids if its the only way??
I'm 23 years old and weight 80Kg, 176cm tall. Not sure on my exact body fat but I'm guessing between 20 and 25???
