i am on test cycle, 500mg/week ..
i messed up with alot stuff but anyway am trying to fix it..
so well .. i want a routine which will help me build mass (including the exercises,sets & reps) .. 6 day split and what i really want to improve the best is back(want wider back), lats and arms maybe ..
would be really gratefull if anyone help out or give me a link to a thread with an example or anything.
my diet is in check :]
