    Feel free to tear this diet appart

    I am 6'4'' about 330 now, down from about 360 or so

    #1 shake 55 grams whey, 2 tbls nat pb

    #2 chicken breast cooked in extra virgin, 1/2 cup brown rice

    work out

    #3 pwo 55 grams whey ( I know I probably need some carbs here)

    #4 chicken breast cooked in extra virgin, 1/2 cup brown rice

    #5 Lean ground beef, can of tuna

    #6 lean ground beef, can of tuna ( sometimes I get lazy and just slam a shake)

    Doing cardio 4-5 days a week for 45 min

    Goals are to lean out further and continue making strength gains.

    why? no carbs? eat protein and no pb.

    cooking in olive oil takes out the "goodness" as phate once said, lol.. you listed no macros for chicken

    uhhhh you defiantely need some carbs here, semi simple

    repetiveness.. this actually isnt bad minus the olive oil and make it grilled.. what are macros, id bump to 1 cup brown rice and have it as a PPWO meal 1.5 hours after initial pwo

    should have some efa's IMO, macros pleaseeeee

    well, without knowing your BMR, its impossible to properly critique but ill give you my .02

    hey eatrainrest, I ate a bunch of chicken and potatoes yesterday. also some eggs for breakfast. am i eating to much?? lol


    Please post your macros for what you eat throughout the day. Not just what you ate!

    Some times I will do 25 grams whey and 6 egg liquid egg whites instead for meal #1
    Should I just put a tbls of evoo on top of the chicken after I grill it? I will add 1/2 cup of oatmeal on meal one. Will that suffice? What should we throw in for carbs pwo shake? BMR 4527..... thats what I calculated from the link above.

    for carbs in the pwo shake you can use alot of different things, but here are some ones that will probably taste good

    waxy maize starch
    instant oatmeal
    honey

    you want to keep shakes for pwo and maybe casein for night onlyyy.... egg whites are a faster absorbing protein source that you can eat...8-10 for breakfast or mabye more in your case if your following a 40/40/20 split (20 percent being fat,) than your protein intake will be much higher

    ok now that we have your bmr, we now need current cals and macros from your current diet. i have a feeling your diet is no where need 4500 and in turn, you will gain fast rapid fat weight by eating at this maintenance" follow the procol that i listed in the BMR links how to avoid this issue
