this is very poor what is the oatmeal pre packaged? 2 eggs? thers no protein in this. cut th emilk out and white bread? chuck this out
9:00Am --Rice or pasta/water or OJ/1Fruitchuck it out
12:00Pm-- Rice/pasta/Fish/ Water or OJ and again fruit
2:00pm-- Snack, either fruit or a granola bar/Oat's
6:00pm--Rice/pasta/Home cooked meat+ potatoes(depends on the day) cut back on carbs
8:00pm--Snack, Fruits only
Depends how late I go to bed, but I may have cereal.
no offense, but it is quite evident what the source of the problem is. and that is diet..your tired of hearing you need a better diet because indeed, it sucks and is the reason your not gaining. follow the links and they will lead you to sucess NOT AS
I have spoken to my doctor numerous times in the past about gaining weight, and due to my body type, its very hard to gain weight. Metabolism is too quick. Ever since I was little, i had to eat twice as much, but gained less then the average kid. I'm looking to gain 20 pounds, and from what I have read, it is more then reasonable to expect 20. I have read that its possible to gin anywhere from 20 to 40. My expectations aren't through the roof. I just want more bulk and be able to tone it.
Per day I workout any where from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on how hard I work during the day.
To be quite honest, im tired of hearing I need a good diet. For the past 5 years I've been eating healthy and working out. And all to minimal effect. I'm not looking to stay on steroids for more then 1cycle. Just gain 20+ pounds, get off AS and keep working out naturally,
