    First and foremost, just wanted to thank this forum since it has provided me with valuable information and non-biased opinions/judgments. Its not often that you come across a forum which contains threads with so much useful information.


    I have been training for approximately14 months, I have a good diet, and well planed workout routine. At my local gym, there are guys that have been there for only 4months, and already are bigger then me. Speaking to one of them, he advised I visited this forum. At first I was reluctant due to all the bad media steroids get. In my mind, i always picture steroid users as the hulk covered with zits. I never looked into steroids even out of curiosity, I didn't even know what a cycle was up until 3 weeks ago.

    I think its time I went above what I can do naturally. So for some facts

    Age-21
    Height-6'1"
    Wight-175 lbs
    BF-11%

    I have done some research, and I am planning on doing a 12week cycle. I have looked over a few guides, some bio's from past users. So far, Cypionate or Enanthate are the recommended ones for beginners. Cypionate does seem to have some better reviews however. Which would you recommend?

    As well, do each come in Vial's, and pill's, or just in one form but not the other? I have read that injection would be a lot better since you don't have to worry as much about liver issues.

    Suggested use is 400mg per week. Is this a one shot or divided into multiple shots equaling 400?

    Also, D-Bol, how many of you recommend using it while on the fist cycle, and is there any other products that you would recommend getting while on the cycle.

    I'm guessing all of these are available to order online from the advertised website? I realize we cant discus prices, but I would like to know on average what one 12 week cycle will cost. so feel free to PM me,

    My goals are to hit 195pounds( so 20 extra pounds)

    Diet

    6:30Am --2Eggs/1plain slice of bread/1Glass of milk or Oatmeal
    9:00Am --Rice or pasta/water or OJ/1Fruit
    12:00Pm-- Rice/pasta/Fish/ Water or OJ and again fruit
    2:00pm-- Snack, either fruit or a granola bar/Oat's
    6:00pm--Rice/pasta/Home cooked meat+ potatoes(depends on the day) cut back on carbs
    8:00pm--Snack, Fruits only
    Depends how late I go to bed, but I may have cereal.

    I have spoken to my doctor numerous times in the past about gaining weight, and due to my body type, its very hard to gain weight. Metabolism is too quick. Ever since I was little, i had to eat twice as much, but gained less then the average kid. I'm looking to gain 20 pounds, and from what I have read, it is more then reasonable to expect 20. I have read that its possible to gin anywhere from 20 to 40. My expectations aren't through the roof. I just want more bulk and be able to tone it.

    Per day I workout any where from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on how hard I work during the day.

    To be quite honest, im tired of hearing I need a good diet. For the past 5 years I've been eating healthy and working out. And all to minimal effect. I'm not looking to stay on steroids for more then 1cycle. Just gain 20+ pounds, get off AS and keep working out naturally,

    this is very poor what is the oatmeal pre packaged? 2 eggs? thers no protein in this. cut th emilk out and white bread? chuck this out

    no offense, but it is quite evident what the source of the problem is. and that is diet..your tired of hearing you need a better diet because indeed, it sucks and is the reason your not gaining. follow the links and they will lead you to sucess NOT AS

    you should be able to pack on to 200-210 naturally at low body fat. for diet ciritue you will need a few things.

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL


    but i will also critique the diet as is to give you an "idea"

    So I have a revised diet now. Thanks for the video links, they deff. helped out a lot.

    6:30AM (Before work) 8Egg Whites/Oats
    -Throughout the time period, drink a protein shake
    10:00AM small serving of Rice+Chicken
    12:00PM Large serving of Rice+Chicken
    3:00PM Meal replacement +fruit+Shake
    6:00PM Fish+ Potatoes+fruit
    8:00PM Shake after Gym
    Before bed another fruit.

    Anything else I should be adding into this?
