Hello every one. Im planning on doing a solid cycle this time. Im wana get bigger but I have a issue i would like to incoporate some conditioning. Im in the Navy and I want to up my contditoning for my PT test this year in september and so I will lay my diet workout stats and cycle plan out for you guys to critque.
So my planned cycle is this.
weeks 1-4 test prop 200 mgs weekly
Weeks 1-12 test E 600 mgs weekly.
Pct: Will start 2 weeks after last pin. Maybe HCG we will see if available. If not i will be using clomis at 50 mgs first 2 weeks along with .25 of arimadex.
last few weeks will taper down.
MY diet is as follow
Meal 1= 5-6 whole eggs
2 pieces of toast whole wheat
2 table sppons of peanut butter
Meal 2 Weight gainer shake with Bannanna
Meal 3 Serving of Pasta
Full Chicken Breast
4-6 oz of Spinach
Red Beans
Meal 4 @ scoops of protein
2 table spoon of peanut butter
Meal 5 Can of tuna
Rice
peas
and sliced tomatto
Meal Six Protein Shake
Apple
Another serving of Spinach
Workout
Chest And Tri's
Flat or Dumbell Bench 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps
Incline Flyes 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Dips Chest Variation 4 sets x Failure
Tricep pushdowns 3 sets of 8-10
Skull Crusher 2 sets of 6-8 reps
Kickbacks 2 sets of 12-15 reps
Back and Bi's
Lat pulldown 3 sets of 12-15
Chins or Pullups 3-4 sets to failure
One arms Rows 4 sets of 8-10 reps
BB Curls 4 sets 8-10 reps
Dumbell Curls 3 sets pf 10-12 reps
Concentraion Curls 2 sets of 15
Legs and Shoulder
Squats 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps
Leg Extensions 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Legs curls 3-4 sets pf 12-15 reps
Lunges 3 sets to failure
Db Military Press 5-6 sets of 6-8 reps
Side Lateral 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Plate Raises 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Plse Critque it all
I also will add two day in between for pushups and running
