    Help need for bulking

    Hello every one. Im planning on doing a solid cycle this time. Im wana get bigger but I have a issue i would like to incoporate some conditioning. Im in the Navy and I want to up my contditoning for my PT test this year in september and so I will lay my diet

    MY diet is as follow

    Meal 1= 5-6 whole eggs
    2 pieces of toast whole wheat
    2 table sppons of peanut butter

    Meal 2 Weight gainer shake with Bannanna

    Meal 3 Serving of Pasta
    Full Chicken Breast
    4-6 oz of Spinach
    Red Beans

    Meal 4 @ scoops of protein
    2 table spoon of peanut butter

    Meal 5 Can of tuna
    Rice
    peas
    and sliced tomatto

    Meal Six Protein Shake
    Apple
    Another serving of Spinach



    Stats age 20
    weight 198
    height 511
    body fat 9-10 percent
    Wanting to bulk up alot

    with out posting macros for each meal no one can really help you. Also avoid shakes other then post work out and possibly before bed. Eat real food. Complex carbs, lean meats and healthy fats. Read the sticky for a sample bulking diet, it is full of good knowledge.

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    i just sent you what you need, if you dont want it nobody will feed you a diet here.. and there are no quick fixes if you cant stick to the diet dont even bother

    You need to get your macros up. Nobody here gets paid to make a diet for you. Go to thedailyplate . com without the spaces and look up your foods there. Post the marcos and help will arrive.

    omit for real food.. replace with 6oz of lean meat and complex carb..
    Meal 3 Serving of Pasta what kinda pasta??

    2 table spoon of peanut butter
    is this pwo??
    Meal 5 Can of tuna
    Rice
    peas
    and sliced tomatto
    again, if this is pwo, add a semi-simple carb here.. white rice,pasta,bagel will do
    Meal Six Protein Shake
    Apple
    Another serving of Spinach
    omit the protien shake, eat real food... since this is the last meal of your day i'd do a lean beef
