MY diet is as follow
Meal 1= 5-6 whole eggs omit, do 1 whole, 9 white
2 pieces of toast whole wheat
2 table sppons of peanut butter omit, keep your meals either pro/fat or pro/carb
Meal 2 Weight gainer shake with Bannanna
omit for real food.. replace with 6oz of lean meat and complex carb..
Meal 3 Serving of Pasta what kinda pasta??
Full Chicken Breast how many ozs?
4-6 oz of Spinach
Red Beans
Meal 4 @ scoops of protein
2 table spoon of peanut butter
is this pwo??
Meal 5 Can of tuna
Rice
peas
and sliced tomatto
again, if this is pwo, add a semi-simple carb here.. white rice,pasta,bagel will do
Meal Six Protein Shake
Apple
Another serving of Spinach
omit the protien shake, eat real food... since this is the last meal of your day i'd do a lean beef
