    Need Help/Reassurance on 1st Cycle

    My cycle:
    1-12: 500-700 mg test cyp
    1-10: 500-600 mg DecaD
    1-4: 50 mg Dbol per day

    Diet: 4000-4400 cals per day, 350-500 g protein per day, other than that about 40% carbs and 20% fats, and I lift about 3-4 times per week (leg day, chest/tri day, back/bi/forearms and sometimes I will do an ab/lower back day and/or shoulders).

    Start of Cycle: 196 lbs at 12-15% bf (I use calipers, and there is a range because of the accompanying chart and it changes throughout the day).

    I started the cycle fairly shortly after getting back into the swing of lifting (against my better judgment and advice of others). With the Dbol, creatine, NOXplode, and increased water intake, my weight shot up about 5 lbs per week until I was up to 230-235 lbs at the end of week 4.

    I am nearing the end of week 6, and it seems as if I'm losing weight! Tonight I weighed in at 226. I know that I should have lost a fair amount of water weight after coming off Dbol, but I was basically static at 230 the past 2 weeks after losing the initial few pounds. Should I be worried about this decrease in weight in only a few days? I will provide more info if necessary, thanks in advance!

    its water weight man dont trip. with the no xplode creatine and dbol i am sure your holding a lot.

    water weight.. and it being your first cycle and all. doing all them compounds its all new to your body.. its all good

    cool

    Cool, yeah I figured that's what it was...but I thought if it came off this rapidly, it would have come off sooner? I mean I basically stayed the same weight, now all of a sudden its dropping...Oh well.

    How much more do you think I can expect to lose? Also, how much more muscle do you think I stand to gain in the remaining 6 weeks of my cycle? Granted, I know everyone is different and no one can say for sure, but from personal experience, what is your guys' take?

    who knows i mean your already up 30 pounds.. which is good.. how much is water weights you wont know for a min. what you keep is all on prper pct and your diet afterwords.. and decca takes awhile to kick just like the cyp.. i would ran the decca a couple weeks longer. imo.

    For sure...I would be PLENTY happy at the end with a solid and fairly dry 230 lbs.

    PCT: I have letro on hand but I was basically going to just do nolva 2-3 weeks after my last test injection. Just taper down the dosage...should I add anything else? When doing my research I got the impression this was enough and saw lots of people doing so with good results.

    The only reason I'm not running deca longer is because I've seen that it's good to stop about 2 weeks before the test. Any thoughts?

    Also, when you say diet I'm assuming you mean just go ahead and keep my diet the same during PCT: high cal high protein?

    the esters are about the same between the 2.. u can run the test 14 if u want..

    u getting any sides..

    u know anything about caber.. do a search on it...

    hcg? the faster your body recover on pct and get your natural test back up the more u would keep in term

    also u gained 30 pounds but your eating the diet you made up for when u were 200.... u might need to increase calories and so on. but i looked back and u are eating alot calores.. so u will have to judge that one yourself

    I'll think about running the test longer. No sides that I can tell: a little acne but I always get a little when I'm lifting heavy.

    I've looked at caber, looks great, but none of my sources carry it. I was thinking HCG, will order some now.

    Yeah, starting off my diet was right on 4000 cals per day and 400 or so g protein per day. Have upped it slightly in the past few weeks, and will play by ear from here (mostly trying to gain as lean as possible...and I think im gaining a little fat so I might just keep it where it is and cut some carbs). Thanks so much for the advice man much appreciated.

    i meant to run the test longer so u can run the decca longer is what i was getting at.. if thats how u understood it

    Take many different drugs all at the same time after a long layoff from the gym. Where is the sense in this? Creatine and NO explode.......Doesn't NO explode have creatine in it? This is all completely unnecessary for a first time cycle.

    What is your age? How long ago was long time ago for the last/first cycle?

    You need to work out more than 3 or 4 times a week if you are going to cycle

    Be smart, keep it simple and do a real test E only cycle for your first real one or if in a LONG time or even just because it's number 2. You'll be glad you did.

    Thanks cpt. obvious...I already stated that was against my better judgement. No Xplode has some creatine in it, but I don't know anyone that takes NO Xplode on off days. For day's when I lift, I add a gram or two creatine to NO Xplode. Both are cycled as usual, which is quite common. What is wrong with a test/deca/dbol cycle for the first go around? I've seen this a hundred times. And again about starting after a long layoff: I worked out for a month or so before the cycle, and was back up to about 80% of my old strength; I got the gear earlier than expected and went for it...at this point I am indifferent to the decision: neither good or bad IMO.

    Other guy: I am 23, been lifting heavy for ten years minus about a year or so as an undergrad. I've heard conflicting opinions about how many times to lift per week. I basically lift each muscle group one day or so after I feel no soreness. Any suggestions or thoughts on this one?

    Edit: this equates to lifting each muscle group about once every 6 days.

    it dont matter.. your weeks into your cycle.. do what u got going. u gained and its all good.. listen to the advice i gave you before and do work.. pct.. your good to go..
