My cycle:
1-12: 500-700 mg test cyp
1-10: 500-600 mg DecaD
1-4: 50 mg Dbol per day
Diet: 4000-4400 cals per day, 350-500 g protein per day, other than that about 40% carbs and 20% fats, and I lift about 3-4 times per week (leg day, chest/tri day, back/bi/forearms and sometimes I will do an ab/lower back day and/or shoulders).
Start of Cycle: 196 lbs at 12-15% bf (I use calipers, and there is a range because of the accompanying chart and it changes throughout the day).
I started the cycle fairly shortly after getting back into the swing of lifting (against my better judgment and advice of others). With the Dbol, creatine, NOXplode, and increased water intake, my weight shot up about 5 lbs per week until I was up to 230-235 lbs at the end of week 4.
I am nearing the end of week 6, and it seems as if I'm losing weight! Tonight I weighed in at 226. I know that I should have lost a fair amount of water weight after coming off Dbol, but I was basically static at 230 the past 2 weeks after losing the initial few pounds. Should I be worried about this decrease in weight in only a few days? I will provide more info if necessary, thanks in advance!
