    help newbie

    whats up everyone just sighed up today and woundering if any one could set up a diet for me i dont know where to start

    5'11
    23 y/o
    150lbs

    my metabolism is rediculous ill eat and eat and it does not stick but im sure its all bad im eating so if anyone could help me out that be great

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    Read the stickies at the top of this forum. There are many sample diets to get you on the right path. Also when starting out invest in a food scale and write down exactly what you eat by the gram. I believe alot of people think they are eating alot more then they actually are.

    well i would need a relative idea of what you eat daily.. point being.. if your used to only eatin 1500kcal a day and i put you on a 3000kcal diet, your gonna gain fat.. simple as that... your body needs to slowly get to where i wanna put it... get it??

    hmm lets see everday is diffrent exsept for sundays because we pasta every sunday but i normly eat junk lol in and out jack in the box ...fast food like almost everyday .... i know i need to kick my self in the ass but i wanna kick this habbit and eat right i mean i do have chicken and all that good stuff just dont bother to do it but i wanna do this and get big im sick of being skinny all through high school and now it sucks!!!

    im italian too and they dont get more italian than where i come from llol... if you wnna lose/bulk properly than you gotta cut it out.. cheat meal on sunday tho.. and i live for it. follow the links i sent you, try to list your current diet with macros liek i explained in my first post.. thats what we need/what were talking about

    lol my whole famly is off the boat and were from ny but i live in arizona now lol anyway......lose if i lose anyweight id be pissed im a rail for my hight and i do have a wide frame so i think i could become a monster.... i thought pasta would be good because its packed with madd carbs i eat like ooo 8 or 9 times of day pretty much snacking

    i couldnt tell you my diet because its all random shit serious i mean random one day ill eat like pizza and what not to like bag of chips for no reason gets outta wack lol

    well first, have you watched the vids, calc BMR, etc. 2nd, try your best to stay what you believe to be a healthy consistenet diet for the week and then post it up (try very simliar to how you eat now) than we can help you out paisan

    were from sicily, mom is from palermo and my father is from andrano..... aight ill try to finish the vids i made it to 3 then got side tracked a little had to finishes somthin for my dad...... and ill make a list of what i eat on the hours that i eat that should sum it up

    i didnt know my body fat percent so i put 10 percent

    i would stick to the frist method if you do not know FOR SURE your body fat... or post up pics of all body shots
