    what kind of gains can i expect

    I am thinking about doing my first cycle. Its gonna be test e for 12 weeks at 500mg a week. What kind of weight (muscle) can i expect from this?

    well it depends, hows diet? if you dont have that in check, dosent matter how much juice you do. you wont grow. juice is not magic.

    weight
    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    It's impossible to say what kind of gains you can/should expect. As has already been said it depends on genetics, training and diet. If you train hard and eat enough calories, you can certainly expect your gains to be satisfactory. If you're unsure about those two points you should hold up with your cycle a bit, and improve on them.

    depends on various things such as genetics,,,diet,,,,training,,,etc...

    I'll tell you this much i've gained about 20 lbs of muscle in 10 weeks of Test E....my body weight was 210 when I started..and although i'm only 218 now my bodyfat has dropped dramatically
