    suplements vs food

Are suppliments better than food? ie. will you get more protein from a powder or are you better off with just red meats, fish, chicken, eggs etc?

    What are the best supliments?

You should have a mix of both, if you had to choose between meats vs powder, meat all the way. Supplements are not better than food, that's why they are only called supplements.

Ibuprofen, no joke man. Dont throw your money away on the supplements. Just a solid six square meals a day and none of the snacking stuff.
