maybe cut down your individual meals, eat every 2 hours instead, therefore adding another meal to your day, but keeping your total cals the same?

fruits and veggies are metabolized so quick, that it's inevitable to 'feel' hungry an hour or 2 after eating them....is it hunger you feel, or is it sugar/carb craving? maybe timing your carbs differently would help? in other words, space them out more evenly?

it's tough to make an accurate suggestion w/o looking at the whole diet.....

How much water are you drinking? Maybe up your water that's what helped me.

Fuits and veggies are very different things. Broccoli has a GI value of 10. Hard to find something metabolized much more slowly than that.
