hey guys i just got off my week off and now i am looking to start putting on more mass. i only have 3 days to lift. that is monday, wensday, and friday. so far all i do is monday- back and triceps wensday- shoulders and legs friday i do chest and biceps. If this is a $hity workout please tell me so and help me out! like i said im trying to put on as muh mass as i can inbwteen now feb/march. if you guys can help me i would be very apreciative. thanks alot guys
