    hey yall

    Name is Al 30 5'9" working out since i was in h.s. never used any gear but always been intrested, due to my situation w\ work and school i lost my focus and edge, for the past months after a serious accident i had to stop working 40++ hours\week, I got back in school , I have the time to seriously trainnow.Just want to make some friends , meet ppl w\ the same intrests and get new info.
