New from OHio! 38 years old about to turn 39Been in the gym on and off for 20years. Looking to hit it hard again. Have some extra baggage to lose. Looking forward to get the strength back... so far so good have bench back up to 315... weak I know, but gotta start somewhere hoping for 405 by Jan 2010 or sooner
