okay so basically I think the reason why i dont bulk up is because of my diet
and the fact that i can't count calories/i dunno how.
okay so basicaly i need someone who is all about their diet to tell me whats wrong with this slash why am i not even gaining.
Breakfast: 8.30am
5 egg whites 1 whole in an omlette form.
2 pieces of Wholemeal Toast
Snack: 11am
Protien Shake some mass gainer
Lunch:1.30pm
200g of Chicken or 150g of Turkey or 300g of Sirlion Steak
w/100g of Brown Rice/Brown Pasta
4 or 5 things of that Broccoli
Snack:3.30pm
Chicken Breast w/Brown Rice or Pasta
Post Work Out:6.30pm
Mass Gainer Shake
Dinner:
300g Steak or 200g Chicken
100g Brown Rice/Pasta
4-5 Things of Broccoli
Before Bed
Protien Shake mass gainer
2-3L Water a Day
I change it up and some times have some Fish but thats was my diet i was doing that for about 3 months and gained 3 or 4 pounds working out 3 days a week. any help would be good
