Hiya people. Just joined up im Banni nice to meet you all looking forward to getting some good advice and improving my pysique. Little bit about myself, im 21 from the uk and am around 5ft 11 inchs tall and weigh approx 146 pounds but am hoping to get upto around 175 pounds, as natural as possible and then go from there, been going to the gym on and off for around 4 years but am looking to get serious now, as my diet has always let me down i have never been able to pile on the mass i'm after so with help from you all, hopefully this can now happen. Feel free to put forward any ideas and diet plans that will help me, also i have bought the cnp pro mass pro peptide pro recover and pro fuel for now, and im looking to eat as much as poss along with the pro mass to start with and go from there. anyway thats enough for now, so Hi lol.
