    Help need a Workout that produces result.

    am new to the forum and have several questions.
    Am using Pets Pharma Test Enan 350 I have NEVER injected anything before so this is my 1st time. I injected 1.5cc 1st time and my second was this week same amount.

    Supplement am using True mass, Amino Fuel, and Creatine.
    a little about me:
    173LB
    5'11"
    Hardgainer

    I have been working out for about 4 months now and went from 163 to 173. now Ive grown some muscle but nothing to be amazed about. it seem like I stop growing. Am also getting a gut... I have read the forum and yes I will start to do cardio 20min a day before breakfast but am worried I will loose weight again. (fast metabolism).

    I also read to lift heavy and less repetitions. can some one give me an idea how heavy.. the most I can lift is 110 bench press. and for arms curb bar 60 punds. am a skinny guy..so please help me with a workout routines where I can see results.

    1. You need to stop juicing and do some research

    2. You need to fix your diet

    3. You need to train for more than 4 months and learn what will work for you before using drugs and asking for a workout routine

    I have workout for a little over 4 months now... and for reasearch this is the reason I registered to this Forum... It took me several months to have a friend finally admit that the only reason he got big in such a short time was due to this testosterone... He basicly said its impossible to grow in a short period of time (6 months) without the juice. Any way Just need some guideance. Please help with some tips intead of putting me down

    impossible to grow in a short period(6 months) of time without juice? Thats bollocks even for a 'hardgainer'. heavy lifting of compound exersices and eating bucketloads of good food will force your muscles into growth. by heavy lifting its ment what is heavy for you. so whatever weight you can do 3-5 reps on. if its too easy add some more weight. 4 months isn't a lot of time to experiment and get to know your body. Read a good book like chad waterbury's 'huge in a hurry'. If there's one thing i know about getting passed hard-gaining, its too really push the envelope on the amount you eat..

    if you have been lifting for 4 months and dive in to the juice you will injure yourself/
    my guess would be that you have not done enough reading. be patient.
    have you even looked into pct.
    your friend is an idiot. diet and proper work out will make you grow.

    thanks for the reply... am starting to eat like crazy now and lifting heavier so thanks for the advice ... am gonna be patient to avoid injury too. now one more question what is pct?

    oh yea, and naturally you should have been able to get to about 200+ hardgainer, or not.. i suggest STOP the cylce because you have no iddea wat PCT even is, but if you can get a hold of nolvadex/clomid it would be essential to you! NO NOT NOVEDEX XT EITHER! then get your diet/workout in check because thats where your problem is

    1) Post what your daily Diet is.

    2) What are your goals? Just to bulk? Or bulk and get cut?

    3) How many days a week are you lifting and doing cardio?

    you have no business at all using AAS after working out for 4 months only?!!!

    You need to check your diet, and drop the god damn juice!

    PCT-Post Cycle Therapy. You have no business being on juice, but don't stop your cycle until you have it. Do a little research bro.

    Good job mate i hope that means ur stopping the juicing to. you can do that stuff at anytime but ur better off being fully prepared for it. with all that extra eating your doing and with hard work and good compound exercises like dips, chins, presses, deadlifts and squats, you will shock ur body into growth.

    For later on when you reach a plateau in heavy lifting i think a great read is that slingshot training article in the workout section of this forum. goodluck mate

    also seeing as you said you were a skinny guy, you can probably do dips and chins fairly easily. so if you can do them easy start adding weight on dips and chins with a weight belt. these will really work you out

    my goal is to bulk up and then cut up. my diet:breakfast eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes,sandwitch etc..followed by truemass shake. lunch homemade food for the most part rice, beans, chicken, beef, heavy food the same for dinner but after dinner i drnk another shake.. i do eat in btw lunch and dinner some fast foods etc... my workout routine i got from here workout 1 day rest the other exm 1 day i wll work chest arms the nxt i rest the followng back and tricps then rest etc...

    Well I suggest starting a new thread in the DIET section, listing each individual meal that you ate today and at what time. From the looks of it, your diet is SHIT, no offense, but there are plenty of people here that can help you.

    no offense this is why i registered 2 ths forum for answers. thanks 4 ur reply... onemore thing i did read into pct now the question is where can i get ? nolvadex
