The same here... If I can't hit 6 reps, I do a drop set and rep it out to 10

I aim to do 12 sets per body.
10-12 reps. sometimes in the 8 range.
As heavy as i can for that rep range, exercises it varies i may do two exercises 6 sets each, or 3exc for 4 sets each and so on.

each muscle gets 4 working sets, 4 different lifts and reps 8-12. I like to do drop sets the final 2 sets of the last lift.

    16 working sets each group.

Following that till august, then reps drop to 6-10.

i lift farily heavy. absolute failure at 8ish reps.....

    but i do a mix.

    example : shoulders...

i'll do 3 very heavy exercises, but then i'll do 2 that are light - but are VERY VERY form specific for shaping....

it's worked fantastic for my front and rear delts lately....

Hardcore. Slamming weights, tossing dumbells at people, making as much noise as possible on the machines, and threatening any employees that have a problem with any of that

3 sets per exercise, about a minute and half rest in between sets but can be as low as 40-50 seconds depending on the muscle being worked, 4 main exercises per body part with sometimes 1 set of 1 extra exercise at the end to burn the muscle out. Reps are 8, 6, 4 with increasing weight each set, been doing this since forever, about 7 years, no complaints except after a certain point too much heavy weight all the time catches up to you and take a week off whenever I see that I really need it particularly when an injury occurs or feels like an injury will occur.

3 working sets in the 6-8 rep range. Only doing four days a week right now and just started cardio for the summer cut. In the winter I go five days a week and cut out the cardio.

I do 12 - 9 - 6 reps getting heavier. Not too much rest in between. At the end of chest I go on the chest machine and do lightish weight (100lbs) until I can do no more. Works fo me. When I am on the gear I do an extra set of each exercise.
