i have been getting some pretty big sweet cravings latley since i have really started watching my diet. i also tend to wake up around 1 and rummage through the fridge half comatosed and eat what i please with out thinking.
just wanted to know what you guys do for your sweet cravings and what you do for late night hunger. its getting be a big issue and i dont like cheating on my diet all that much so any way around this so i can have my "cake" and eat it to.
