Machida is really good p4p. But there is where id probably have to give the edge to the big man Brock. Because not only is brock a heavyweight. He is a HUGE heavyweight and a good one at that. LOL

At first I thought the same thing, but then I thought about Randy fighting Lesnar and he was doing a really good job until he got caught. So I am not sure how big Machida could actually get as a heavy but I think he should worry about Evans first and then Rampage if he beats Evans.

i have to agree , lesner is HUGE and athletic but we all saw how he got caught out in his debut, i cant see that happening again but the bigman does have weaknesses which could defo be exploited by seasoned mma fighters

lesner seems to be a extremely hard worker, good student, and also learns from his mistakes... but with that being said, he is still very very young in his career to say one way or another how he would do in mythical fights. truthfully nobody knows enough about him yet.

take away the size factor....lesnar has AMAZING takedowns via his college wrestling career.....
add in the size factor....lesnar has FRIGGGGGGGGIN OUTRAGOUS takedowns....lol...that size and power, AND speed????
yes, in theory, a knee to the face during a takedown could potentially knock him out....BUT...ever tried it? i have....when a wrestler with that kind of experience is shooting on you that fast and accurately your counter strike has to be PERFECTIOn and right ON THE BUTTON.....very very very very very difficult to do.....then you have to hope that it actually knocks him out.....
all of that said....
i like Machida....but this is not exactly a good matchup...

yah, not so easy to avoid a takedown against a guy who is that wide. Very hard to circle and counterpunch. Not saying the smaller faster guy doesnt have a chance, but the weight difference of just one of Lesnars shots landing would crush a guy Machida's size.
