    Lightbulb IMPORTANT POLL- what time of day to work out!!!

    What time of the day do you workout? What time of the day is best to work out for maxmum growth??? All Input WANTED

    My schedule varies so i cant say a time. I generally try to get two meals in taking an eca about 30min after the second meal. Takes the eca about 45min to kick in thats when i like to start.

    I usually workout around 2pm. I've heard the best time is 7hrs after you wake up.

    I hit the weights at 16:30 on my way home from work.

    Best time for me, it's convenient, and it helps dump my frustrations from work before I get home

    2pm. I get to eat all day after that at work and the gym is closed when I get off.

    At about 2:30 when my partner gets in from classes the workout itself lasts about 1 hour or more depending on what we are doing that particular day, but after the workout there is abs and cardio so I'm ther till about 5pm, ussually go to a tanning salon before i workout it helps clear my head of distractions
