I fear my plan to bulk is going to changed. I took a closer look in the mirror and Im not really happy with where my bf is at.
Here is the cycle I just ordered and have planned for this Winter:
Week 1-5: 100mg Prop EOD
Week 1-12: 500mg EQ
I was going to use this mild cycle to put on some lean muscle, I wasn't considering gaining any BF an ishue however.
I'd now like to gain some quality muscle, while lowering my BF% at the same time. I'm willing change diet, workout and even my cycle to do this.
Any suggestions with this cycle and my goals?
