What's up everyone. I'm new to all of this and came here for information about anything and everything. I am 27 years old, 6'1 and 300lbs, but just fat basically. I stay active by going to the gym and playing baseball, but I'm just tired of my body. I want to shed the fat and gain muscle the quickest and safest way possible. I also want it to help with baseball.
Please point me in the right direction around here to get the best advice possible. I am eager to learn. Thank you all!
