decent size and thickness for your height, What are your goals? are you trying to bulk or cut down??

Bulk..... Legs... are ehh shakey.... Not necessarily growing... My calfs are lacking... F*ers don't want to grow.,........
I was on 2nd shift for a long time... and had no partner and crap so i started rushing threw shit like 7 months ago..... But since i went to first shift and am back with my partner ive been serious as can be. And always am with my buddy....
Do i look bloated in recent pic? i feel as if some of my size is hitting the stomach. And thats really I think what bothers me most.
hard to tell honestly if it is bloat or just bodyfat with nothing to compare it to.
but if you are bulking , you can't get hung up on looking smooth.
In my current bulk, i put on 30 lbs, and am just starting to cut now....I look smooth, but can still see ab lines so I think you are fine !!
Good to know.. Really like the fat on my stomach has maybe increased slightly.... Soo I'm hoping its just bloat for the most part......

Looks good bro, what is your sodium intake right now, I would say you are safe from gyno, prior to your cycle were your abs sticking out? I tend to hold water during cycle and if running deca I hold a swimming pool in my stomach.....lol..
I know what you mean by legs and calfs bro. I work my calfs three times a week one heavy and the other two light with a lot of reps, the month I have been back they have taken off, and the legs I do them two times a week heavy thrusday and light sunday, anything to make them grow. also on leg day a double up my solded protein pre workout intake, for some reason it may be in my head but it is working but only time will tell..

Thanks I been working on it. Ever since I was younger I had a rough time putting size on... Made some good strength gains at 160.... But whats strength at 160. most people want some size.... So i been really trying to get sh*t straight.....
