STNewbie... that kinda sounds like Stewie, so why don't we start just like an old (Dicken's) *Edit* Melville (I was outa it last night) classic with "Call me Ishmaeil....errr, no, just call me Stewie. I do admit to being a little messed up on Ambian while I write this, but I need to do something with my hands or I am going to miss this Game 2 of the Eastern cup Conference game, and it is in the third period. I do need to be asleep like now, but this is helping, especially with the adrenaline running through this back and forth.
So, ya might say, I have an affinity for popular and english historical writings. (They do have some good zingers if you can understand them, but that's half the fun seeing the raised eyebrow from some dude with some spit leaking from the corner of his lip.
Anyway,
I am male, 5'6" 197lbs I am pushing 20% Fat right now. My current diet regimine will have me down to under 18% this week or so depending on how I work this Holliday weekend.
So, General,
Height: 5'6
Sex: Male
Staunch build - Good with my center of mass and using it
Chest: 44-45"
Bis/Tris: 17" (they've suffered on this diet, but are much more defined)
Forearm: 14"
Waist 34-35"
Quads: ~27"
Calves: ~18"
Neck 16.5"
I will have a picture to go with these measurements tomorrow after I weigh in. I am currently at, I approximately, probably 20-21% BF. I have been losing this quickly and plan to have 10% down after 2 weeks of clen and 2 of T3.
I have posted detailed diets with macros in the other section and got a little feedback. My biggest question I have is how and when to make the change over to loss to gain.
Is there a magic BF% (I've heard 18) at which you make that choice. Should it be lower?
Then, once I decide I want to make the turn, do you ease the diet into it, or do you just one day go from eating, in my case, 1800 kcal in a day, and then start taking in 3500.
Also, if that is how the transition moves, would that be when to start my cycle? I do plan on going with the standard "recommended for newbies" test-e with perhaps some dbol to start.
Overall, do I have my thought process in order? That is, even without the questions to the events, are the events themselves in the right order?
Any criticism will succor my effort.
