    Rear delts

I injured my rotator cuff a while back and it kept me from training shoulders for almost a year. Now that I've been regularly training shoulders again everything has caught up except for my rear delts. What lifts would be best to target the rear delts?

    Shoulders:
Shoulder press: 3 working sets of 10-8-6
    Shrugs: 3 working sets 10
    Front raises: 3 sets 10-8-8
Rear delt raises: 3 sets 10-8-8
    Lat raises: 3 sets 10-8-8

You can isolate them but heavy t bar rows or any row. Rear delts aid in the pull and really squeeze at the end.

Worked for me. I did rear delts til I was blue in the face. Heavy rows did it for me
