    hows my bicept tricept workout

    for biceps

    Standing/sitting alternate dumbbell curl 2 sets
    Standing Barbell Curl 2 sets
    concentration curls 2 set

    for triceps

    warm up triceps pushup
    One Arm Pronated Dumbbell 2 set
    Lying Tricep Extension 1-2 set
    Close Grip Bench Press 1-2 set
    Dumbbell Tricep Kickback 1-2

    Definately raise the sets to 3 sets of 8-10 reps and go heavy as you can. Also like jbm said drop the one armed pro db and maybe throw some scull crushers in there. I personally do triceps with my chest rather than with my biceps which I do with back

    i usually do 2 set because i do it so heavy

    Do it just as heavy but throw in a third set and go as heavy as you can with proper form for 6-8 reps

    just do 3 sets each weight increasing each set

    cuz usually i take around 2 min rest after each set

    IMO! that's too long.
    I do mine only 30 to 40 seconds in between sets...

    jbm 30 40 secs seems kinda short doesnt it?

    bro dont u think more than 1 minute is better cuz u get more pumped up for the next set

    exactly i usaully rest about 2minutes to get full recovery. specialy if you liffting heavy.

    I don't know but that works well for me...
    I only rest 1 min 30 sec what doing squats and deadlifts...

    for that i would rest arnd 3 min

    hey willy bottom line is if you feel good at 2minutes recovery then stay there. do what feel your body is telling you not what we tell you. these are more like guide lines, happy growing.

    rest time always varies from person to person. So when it comes to that just do what works for you

    No tri-cep pull down? That is my favorite exercise.
